Manor house from the 11th century owned by the Duke of Epernon (1554-1642), Grand Admiral of France in the time of Henri III. In 1989, the Ballande Group has acquired this beautiful building from the 11th century. At that period, the estate consisted of 28 ha. The Manor has been restored according to the former architectural caracteritics of that period, allowing it to keep its authenticity.
