Bạn Sẽ Làm Gì
- To achieve company goals in sales plan in sales target and territory plan.
- Lead sales strategy and sales team executions in retail channel
- Leading and motivating the sales team, third parties team and business partners to achieve sales, distribution, in-stores activities and KPIs metric plan.
- Leading and monitoring price, promotion, sales-in, sales-in, sales-out and stock availability.
- Ensure ambitious target setting and monitor closely for performance.
- Coach the field sales force for performance in relation to the target set and build winning spirit within team
- Build excellent relationships with key customers and key outlets in existing outlets and new outlets
- Execute customer plan of new product launching, promotion, activation and visibility plan.
- Achieve sales target and KPIs metrics as agreed with business line manager for performance measurable.
Chuyên Môn Của Bạn
- Education: Bachelor degree
- Working experience: Experience in Nutrition and milk power will be strong candidate for this position.
- Specific skill /Attitude: Good presentation, communication and negotiation skills. Fair command in written and spoken English. Positive attitude “CAN DO”.
- Working conditions: Have an own car will be advantage (Company provides traveling and phone allowance)
